I can't attend but I'd like to make a donation. Is that possible?
Yes, that would be wonderful. Use the menu on the left to visit to the Purchase Tickets page. Scroll down the page until you see the area marked Donations. You won't have to buy a ticket to complete the donation purchase.
No. However, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Go to the Purchase Tickets page and update the guest information using the code that was provided in your email confirmation receipt.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
No, ticket sales will close when we are sold out or by midnight on February 7, 2018. Don't be disappointed; buy your tickets soon!
I see you have theme. Do I have to dress for it?
Not at all. We have suggestions on our Event Details page for how to embrace our early 60s theme but if you are more comfortable without it, come in your semi-formal flair. Our focus is for you to have a great time!
I have food allergies. Can you accommodate me?
We've selected a menu with attention to a variety of tastes and common allergies. We hope you will find what you need in the main menu. If you have a specific allergy you'd like to discuss, please send us an email.
What if I don't remember what entrée I chose for dinner?
Don't worry. You'll be given a card at the registration desk that shows what choice you made when you purchased your tickets.
Can I change my choice of entrée BEFORE the event?
Yes. Go to the Purchase Tickets page and update your guest information using the code that was provided in your email confirmation receipt. You can make changes to your choice until February 5, 2018.
Can I change my choice of entrée AT the event?
No, the food order will be submitted ahead of the event so each guest will be served what they selected at the time of their ticket purchase.
I heard you're doing mobile bidding for the silent auction. Will you also have the sheets where I write my bids?
No, all bidding will be done using your smart phone. Don't worry though; you won't need a special app. When the auction opens, you'll receive a text to the mobile phone number you listed in your registration. You'll click a link in that text and the bidding fun begins! If you'd like to see how the process will work, use the menu on the left to visit the How Does Online Bidding Work page.
What time does the event end?
12:00 a.m. After the program, we have a live band for dancing until midnight! Plan to stick around and kick up your heels!
